Delivery to Europe is £8.50.

Shipping & Delivery

Before placing your order, please note:
• You must place your order no later than 2.00 (2.00pm) in order to receive it the next day.
• There are some exceptions to the rule (please see below).
• Orders placed before 2.00 on Friday, will be delivered the following Monday.
• Orders placed after 2.00 on Friday, will be delivered the following Tuesday.
• Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, will be delivered the following Tuesday.
• Delivery is not possible on a Sunday or Bank Holiday.

UK Delivery Charges

Nohsaf.com offers our customers an exceptionally competitive service. We offer a next day delivery service to the UK at the same price as many of our competitor’s standard delivery service. Next day delivery will cost £4.99 per order, regardless of size and value of the order.

Our Carrier

Nohsaf.com use either Royal Mail or one of our other delivery partners. Where our other delivery partner has been used they will leave a card saying that they have attempted to deliver the parcel, but that there was no one in to sign for it, you will then be able to ring and arrange a new delivery time.

Where we deliver

UK delivery includes England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales, together with Channel Islands, IOM, IOW and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland. Royal Mail Special Delivery is a next day delivery service. However there are some exceptions to the rule. Please refer to the table below to see what time your parcel will arrive.

All credit / debit transactions are carried out offline in store, so none of your information is ever held online. As a registered UK company, all the information we collect from you will be in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Returns & Replacements

If you want to return an item for exchange or refund, you must email info@nohsaf.com where we will provide you with a returns number. All returns must be in unworn condition, be in original packaging and have brand labels still attached. Any item with tags removed will not be accepted for refund. Garment inspections are carried out on all items returned.
• Refunds will only be given within 14 days of receipt of order.
• Exchanges will only be given within 14 days of receipt of order.
If we are unable to exchange the item (as the required size is not available) we will send you an email explaining why and arrange a refund to your account.

Once you have placed an order on nohsaf.com you will receive a series of status update emails, ranging from; • Order Confirmation (this initial email will contain all the relative information regarding your order)
• Payment Status (Accepted / Awaiting Payment, Refunded)
• Items; Posted or Out of Stock

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

The price payable for the Products shall be as shown on the Website. Prices advertised on the Website include VAT but excludes delivery charges. Delivery charges are shown separately when ordering and must also be paid in advance.

Payment shall be made by you by the means specified on the Website and shall not be deemed to be made until We have received cleared funds in respect of the full amount stated in the order.

Prices are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders which we have already accepted.

Our site contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a Product's correct price is less than our stated price, We will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Product to you. If a Product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, We will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.

We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after We have sent you a Dispatch Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a miss-pricing.

Payment for all Products must be by credit or debit card. We accept payment with VISA, VISA DEBIT, MASTERCARD, SOLO, MAESTRO and ELECTRON.
